The second stage play for Gege Akutami’s Jujutsu Kaisen manga, as revealed on the official website, has presented a fresh visual.
The new visual showcases Ryūji Satō, positioned at the center in the image, alongside Kazuaki Yasue on the right and Nonoka Yamaguchi on the left, all donning the attire of their respective characters, Yūji Itadori, Megumi Fushiguro, and Nobara Kugisaki.
Scheduled to grace stages in Hyogo and Tokyo, the second stage play is set to captivate audiences from December 2023 through January 2024. This production will faithfully adapt the thrilling “Kyoto Goodwill Event Arc” and the intriguing “The Origin of Obedience Arc.”
The stage play stars:
- Kazuaki Yasue as Megumi Fushiguro
- Sara Takatsuki as Maki Zenin
- Ryūji Satō as Yūji Itadori
- Nonoka Yamaguchi as Nobara Kugisaki
- Ryōsuke Miura as Satoru Gojo
- Takeshi Terayama as Panda
- Fūma Sadamoto as Toge Inumaki
- Yoshihiro Minami as Hanami
Of note, Nonoka Yamaguchi is set to step into the role of Nobara Kugisaki, taking over from Erika Toyohara. The remainder of the cast, however, is set to reprise their roles from the first play.
Kensaku Kobayashi is set to helm the production, taking the director’s chair once more, working with a script crafted by Kōhei Kiyasu.
