Satoshi Kuwabara, known for directing Black Jack and The Quintessential Quintuplets, helmed the first season at Tezuka Productions. Keiichirō Ōchi, the mastermind behind The Demon Girl Next Door and The Quintessential Quintuplets, took charge of the series scripts.

Masatsune Noguchi, recognized for his work on Hakushon Daimaō and My Home Hero, crafted the character designs. Shu Kanematsu and Miki Sakurai, the talented composers behind Castle Town Dandelion and My Next Life as a Villainess: All Routes Lead to Doom!, collaborated to create the captivating music. NeRiAme enchanted viewers with the opening theme song “Unmei Kyōdōtai!” (Common Destiny), while Miki Satō delivered a stunning performance for the ending theme song “Dramatic.”
After the passing of Hayato’s grandmother, he intended to sell her dilapidated seaside café, unaware that it harbored five young women who considered themselves a family!
