In the present day, they are the revered elder guard but their superpowered children struggle to live up to the legendary feats of their parents. The Umbrella Academy

The Umbrella Academy is set in a universe where 43 women from around the world give birth simultaneously at 12:00 p.m. on October 1, 1989, even though none of them showed any signs of pregnancy until labor began. Seven of the children are adopted by eccentric billionaire Sir Reginald Hargreeves and become a team of superheroes he calls “The Umbrella Academy.” Hargreeves gives the children numbers instead of names, but eventually, his robot’s mother Grace names them Luther, Diego, Allison, Klaus, Five, Ben, and Vanya. While putting six of his children to work in the fight against crime, Reginald keeps Vanya out of the activities of her brothers, since she supposedly does not demonstrate powers of her own.

The Boys is an American superhero streaming television series developed by Eric Kripke for Amazon Prime Video. Based on the comic of the same name by Garth Ennis and Darick Robertson, which was originally published by DC Comics under their Wildstorm imprint before moving to Dynamite Entertainment.
The Boys takes place in a universe where individuals with superpowers are recognized as heroes by the general public and work for the powerful corporation Vought International, which markets and monetizes them. Outside of his heroic characters, most are arrogant and corrupt. The series mainly focuses on two groups: the Seven, Vought’s main superhero team, and the boys of the same name, vigilantes who seek to take down Vought and his corrupt superheroes.
