On Saturday, Crunchyroll initiated the streaming of the first episode in English dub for the TV anime adaptation of Sai Sumimori’s novel series, “Am I Actually the Strongest?” (Jitsu wa Ore, Saikyō deshita?). The esteemed English dub cast has been assembled for this project.

Cris George serves as the ADR Director, while Jose Sandoval fulfills the role of ADR engineer. Neal Malley, the mixer, contributes his expertise to the project. Scriptwriting duties are undertaken by Tyler Walker and Domonique French. The highly anticipated anime made its debut on July 1 and is being streamed globally on Crunchyroll, except for Asia but including India.

Takashi Naoya, known for directing anime such as Touken Ranbu: Hanamaru and Tales of Wedding Rings, takes the helm as the director of this exciting new series at Staple Entertainment. Assisting him is Matsuo Asami, renowned for her work on Real Girl and Val x Love, serving as the assistant director. Overseeing the series scripts is Tatsuya Takahashi, who previously worked on Val x Love and The IDOLM@STER Cinderella Girls, while the talented duo of Takahashi and Tetsuya Yamada handle the scriptwriting duties. Shōko Yasuda, the mastermind behind character designs for Happy Sugar Life and My Happy Marriage, lends her creative touch to bring the characters to life.

Kodansha USA Publishing has taken the initiative to release Ai Takahashi’s manga adaptation of the novels in English digitally. Here’s a glimpse of the captivating story: Imagine being reborn into another world with the promise of a formidable “cheat” power. Since its debut in September 2018 on the Shōsetsuka ni Narō website, Sumimori’s captivating story continues to captivate readers. In April 2019, Ai Takahashi launched the manga adaptation on Kodansha’s Suiyōbi no Sirius section of the Nico Nico Seiga website, further expanding the enchanting world.
