The official website for the fifth season of the anime adaptation of Kafka Asagiri and Sango Harukawa’s Bungo Stray Dogs manga revealed that Kenjiro Tsuda will be voicing the character Bram, an ally of Fyodor and a member of the Tenjin Goshui.

Bram is set to make his appearance in the anime’s 54th episode, scheduled for Wednesday.

The anime premiered on July 12, and Crunchyroll has been streaming the new season as it airs. An English dub of the series started streaming on Crunchyroll on July 26. Crunchyroll’s description of the series revolves around the Detective Agency employees facing capture one after another, with Kamui, the leader of Tenjin Goshui, closing in on them. The survival of the agency hangs in the balance.

GRANRODEO provides the show’s opening theme song, titled “Kurogane no Ori” (Iron Cell), while Luck Life performs the ending theme song “Kiseki” (Trails).
The anime’s fourth season initially premiered in Japan in January 2022, and Crunchyroll streamed it as it aired in Japan, alongside the English dub.
The fourth season’s main staff returned for the fifth season, including director Takuya Igarashi, series script supervisor and writer Yoji Enokido, character designer and chief animation director Nobuhiro Arai, and the animation studio BONES. Likewise, the main cast members Yūto Uemura (Atsushi Nakajima), Mamoru Miyano (Osamu Dazai), Sumire Morohoshi (Kyōka Izumi), Kensho Ono (Ryūnosuke Akutagawa), and Kishō Taniyama (Chūya Nakahara) reprised their roles. The continuity of cast and staff adds to the excitement for the upcoming season.

In English, Yen Press publishes both the manga and novel series. The manga debuted in Kadokawa’s Young Ace magazine in December 2012 and remains ongoing.
