The official Twitter account for the anime adaptation of Shuuichi Shigeno’s manga “MF Ghost” has unveiled its premiere date, set for October 1.
Fans can catch the show on Tokyo MX, BS11, and RKB Mainichi Broadcasting, with additional broadcasts on Animax, TV Aichi, Shizuoka Broadcasting System, TV Setouchi, Tochigi TV, and YTV.

Overseeing the anime’s direction is Tomohito Naka, known for his work on “Initial D Legend 2: Racer,” “Initial D Legend 3: Dream,” and “Sword Gai: The Animation,” under his studio Felix Film.
Handling the series scripts are Kenichi Yamashita (“Ketsuekigata-kun!,” “Actually, I Am…”) in collaboration with Akihiko Inari.
The character designs are masterfully crafted by Naoyuki Onda and Chiyoko Sakamoto, who also serve as chief animation directors. Hiroki Uchida assumes the role of 3D director, while Masafumi Mima directs the sound, and Akio Dobashi (“Initial D: Legend” films, “Sisters of Wellber,” “Dance in the Vampire Bund”) composes the music.
The anime boasts captivating musical talents, with Yū Serizawa performing the invigorating opening theme “JUNGLE FIRE feat. MOTSU,” and Himika Akaneya lending her voice for the enchanting ending theme “Stereo Sunset (Prod. AmPm).”
Set in the 2020s, a future where self-driving cars reign supreme in Japan, the series delves into the life of Kanata Livington, a Japanese driver who returns home after graduating as the top racer at a renowned school in England.
