Koei Tecmo America unveiled an exciting trailer for Fate/Samurai Remnant, an upcoming action RPG within the renowned Fate franchise, during the recent Nintendo Direct event. This captivating trailer, featuring English subtitles, officially announced the game’s highly anticipated release dates: September 28 in Japan, and September 29 for the rest of the world.

In the 4th year of the Keian Era during the Edo Period, a bygone era marked by chaos and bloodshed, a newfound era of peace and serenity enveloped the land.

However, concealed within the shadows, a clandestine conflict looms as the “Waxing Moon Ritual” commences. Amidst this upheaval, Miyamoto Iori, a young denizen of Asakusa, unwittingly becomes entangled in the whirlwind of violence unfurling within the Holy Grail War.
The game’s trailer showcases a cast of Servants, both familiar and new, with figures like Miyamoto Musashi and Jeanne d’Arc Alter making a return. Leading the story is Miyamoto Iori, the Master of an unnamed Saber-class Servant. Musashi takes on the role of a Berserker, serving the courtesan Takao Dayu, while Jeanne d’Arc Alter assumes the form of a Lancer and aids the rebel survivor Chiemon. Additional Masters, whose Servants are yet to be revealed, include Zheng Chenggong, a respected general from Ming China accompanied by an Archer Servant, Yui Shousetsu, a martial scholar with a Rider Servant, and Dorothea Coyett, a Swedish Clock Tower mage joined by an Assassin Servant.
