The manga debuted in Monthly Dragon Age in June of 2020. Kadokawa released the manga’s initial collected volume in January of 2021, with the sixth and concluding volume set to be published on September 8th.

Takio, a youth reborn in an alternate realm, unravels his latent prowess upon rescuing the maiden named Yue Ishikawa. To his astonishment, Yue allures Takio with a daring proposal—to embark on a grand quest of pilfering diverse treasures in unison.
Nonetheless, upon his arrival, Takio unravels a world far from his expectations. Outdated are the days of adventuring guilds, replaced by a society burdened by economic disparity. Furthermore, the advancements in technology have rendered swords and sorcery obsolete with the advent of firearms.
Kiso debuted The Testament of Sister New Devil Storm!, a spinoff manga, in Hakusensha’s Young Animal Arashi magazine back in February 2014. The manga concluded its run in May 2016, after which Hakusensha published the fifth and final compiled volume in August 2016. English-speaking fans were able to enjoy the manga through the release by Seven Seas Entertainment.
