Daisuke Hagiwara embarked on the Horimiya manga in Square Enix’s Monthly G Fantasy magazine in 2011, serving as an adaptation of HERO’s original manga, and brought it to a conclusion in March 2021. HERO oversaw the manga’s production, with Square Enix releasing the sixteenth and final compiled volume in July 2021.

Yen Press handles the English publication, releasing the sixteenth volume on May 23rd. An epilogue chapter by Hagiwara was added to the manga in July 2021.
