During the Dengeki Bunko 30th anniversary event, it was revealed that the light novel series “Guild no Uketsuke Jō Desu ga, Zangyō wa Iyananode Boss o Solo Tōbatsu Shiyou to Omoimasu” by Mato Kousaka will be receiving an anime adaptation.

Yen Press has acquired the license for both the light novel series and its manga adaptation in English. The story follows Alina Clover, who becomes a receptionist at the Adventurers Guild in hopes of a prosperous life. However, her dream job turns into a never-ending cycle of overtime whenever adventurers struggle to clear dungeons. To escape the paperwork, Alina takes matters into her own hands and battles monsters herself, all while trying to keep her actions under wraps. .
