Insomniacs After School Manga Gets TV Anime and Live-Action Film

Insomnia After School (or Kimi was Hōkago Insomnia in Japan) manga by Makoto Oji is going to be adapted into TV anime along with Live-Action Film. The official Twitter handle Bunkyodo (or Masumoto Branch) posted the cover of the eighth volume of Kimi was Hōkago Insomnia manga. Moreover, after the release of the 8th volume, The Wraparound Jacket Band reports: Soon, Manga will get an Anime Adaption!

Furthermore, the news has now confirmed the creators of the anime series also released a promotional video called “special animation promotional video.” “Enshin ” by Macaroni Anritsu is the Rock Band used in the promotional video.

The story follows the life and adventure of two Insomniac schoolmates and also their problems. So, What’s would be the problem of two school friends? Well, they both have insomnia or lack of sleep. One day, they both meet each other at the Observatory but are currently in a storage room. Moreover, they also share their secrets and start explosions about it!

Big Comic Spirits by Shogakukuan is in-charge of publishing the Insomniacs After School manga. Ojiro’s manga first debuted in May 2019, this month it’s going to get its 8th volume, and the 9th volume will appear in Spring.
