Muse Asia Adds Dark Gathering,’ Sugar Apple Fairy Tale, and 2 More Anime in India”

Muse Asia, the Asia-based anime distribution company, has announced a lineup of four exciting anime series that will be made available for streaming. The release dates for these series are staggered throughout July, with the earliest premiering on July 7. The company plans to provide streaming services for these titles in several countries including India, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Nepal, Vietnam, and Pakistan. Specific anime titles will also be available in a wider range of Southeast Asian countries.

Sugar Apple Fairy Tale

The second quarter, or cours, of the light novel adaptation “Sugar Apple Fairy Tale” will premiere on Muse Asia on July 7, at 6:05 p.m. IST. The anime is being directed by Youhei Suzuki at J.C. Staff with Seishi Minakami handling the series composition. Character design for the animation is being done by Haruko Iizuka, and Hinako Tsubakiyama is in charge of composing the music.

The first cours of this series premiered on January 6, and concluded on March 24. The series, written by Mikawa and illustrated by aki, was originally launched in April 2010, ending in February 2015 with 17 volumes.

My Unique Skill Makes Me OP Even at Level 1

The light novel series adaptation “My Unique Skill Makes Me OP Even at Level 1” is set to premiere on July 8, at 7:00 p.m. IST. Yūji Yanase is directing the series at MAHO FILM with Yuka Yamada taking charge of the series composition. The main character designers for the series include Miyako Nishida, Eri Kojima, Kaho Deguchi, and Yūko Ōba. The series is known for its success in circulation, having exceeded 1.1 million copies.

Dark Gathering

“Dark Gathering”, the television anime of Kenichi Kondō’s manga, will premiere on July 9 at 10:35 p.m. IST. The anime is being directed by Hiroshi Ikehata at OLM, with Shigeru Murakoshi overseeing the series scripts. Character design is being handled by Shin’ya Segawa, and the music composition is shared between Kohta Yamamoto, Shun Narita, and Yūsuke Seo.

The Devil Is a Part-Timer!!

The sequel to the light novel series “The Devil Is a Part-Timer!!”, will be available on Muse Asia from July 13 at 8:05 p.m. IST. The series is titled as a “2nd season”, referring to the continuity of the series with two exclamation points in the title. The first season of this sequel premiered in July 2022 and was made available on Muse Asia and Disney+ in Japan.

Wagahara first launched the light novels with illustrations by 029 in 2011. Since then, it has spurred various manga adaptations and spinoffs, maintaining its popularity among fans.
