Muse India has commenced the streaming of the television anime adaptation of CHIROLU’s renowned light novel series, “If It’s for My Daughter, I’d Even Defeat a Demon Lord” (Uchi no Ko no tame naraba, ore wa moshikashitara Maō mo Taoseru kamoshirenai.). An episode of this captivating anime will be added to the platform each day.
Originally premiered in July 2019, the anime series features a total of 12 engaging episodes, each filled with enchanting visuals and a compelling storyline.
The light novels, serving as the source material for the anime, are being released digitally in English by J-Novel Club. The plot revolves around Dale, a composed and accomplished young adventurer. His life takes an unexpected turn when he discovers a near-death little devil girl deep in the forest. Compelled by compassion, Dale adopts her, despite her devilish origin, and plunges headfirst into the journey of parenthood with adorable Latina. However, Latina’s presence in the forest and the criminal mark she carries remain a profound mystery, adding layers to the narrative.
Renowned for his work on “Himegoto,” “Onsen Yōsei Hakone-chan,” and “In Another World With My Smartphone,” Takeyuki Yanase assumed the directorial reins for this anime at Maho Film. The script, a crucial element in bringing the intricate plot to life, was supervised and written by Takao Yoshioka, celebrated for his contributions to “WATAMOTE,” “High School DxD,” and “Konohana Kitan.”
Further enhancing the visual appeal of the series, Hota., the artist responsible for the manga adaptation of the novels, provided design cooperation. Not to be overlooked, Miyako Nishida, Toshihide Masudate, and Kaho Deguchi contributed their creative expertise as character designers and chief animation directors.
Thus, with a stellar cast and crew, “If It’s for My Daughter, I’d Even Defeat a Demon Lord” promises to be a remarkable addition to the roster of anime offerings in India.
