My Happy Marriage Light Novels Gets Anime Adaptation

Akumi Agitogi’s novel ” My Happy Marriage ” will be animated. The teaser visual, teaser PV, and starring cast have been released.

“My Happy Marriage” is about a girl named Miyo Saimiri, who was born into a family of talented people but has no talent, and a young man of the family of talented people, Kudo, to who she was married.

A Japanese-style fantasy that depicts the relationship between Kiyoshi and Kasumi. The novel has been published in up to 5 volumes from KADOKAWA’s Fujimi L Bunko, and the comical is also being serialized on Gangan ONLINE.

Animation production is handled by Kinema Citrus such as “Made in Abyss” and “The Rising of the Shield Hero”, directed by Yudai Kubota, series composition and screenplay by Ami Sato, Yuhito Onishi, Momoka Toyoda, and character design by Sachiko Yasuda.

The cast will be a continuation of the recitation drama held in 2021, with Reina Ueda playing the role of Miyo Saimori and Kaito Ishikawa playing the role of Kiyokazu Kudo. The teaser visual that appeared depicts Miyo and Kiyokazu standing under the cherry blossoms.

To commemorate the decision to animate, a campaign will be held on official Twitter (@watashino_info). A B2 poster signed by Ueda and Ishikawa will be presented to one person by lottery. It has also been decided to hold a collaboration cafe. Check the official website for details.
