Bandai Namco Entertainment America unveiled a trailer on Monday for the upcoming Naruto x Boruto Ultimate Ninja Storm Connections game. The game is set to launch on November 17 for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S. A PC release via Steam will be announced at a later date. The teaser also introduces three fresh playable characters from the Kara society: Delta, Boro, and Koji Kashin.

A season pass is available, adding five new playable characters post-launch. The game offers digital deluxe and ultimate editions. The deluxe version encompasses the season pass and an exclusive “maskless” Kakashi costume.

The ultimate edition elevates this with the deluxe content plus five new costumes and two accessory sets. Moreover, physical collector’s editions come in two tiers: one featuring a steelbook case, collector’s box, and an exclusive Naruto-Sasuke figurine set celebrating the anime’s 20th anniversary; the other encompassing all previous features, along with six cards and an original artwork scroll by Studio Pierrot.
Pre-orders grant Naruto and Sasuke costumes, while owning both this game and Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker on the same platform unlocks additional bonus costumes.
The Japanese release date is set for November 16. Alongside 124 characters from past iterations, the game integrates new ninjas like Ashura and Indra. Among the additions are Naruto Uzumaki (Baryon Mode) and Sasuke Uchiha (Supporting Kage). The roster expands further with original characters Nanashi and Merz.

The Naruto Shippūden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 game arrived on PS4, Xbox One, and PC in North America and Japan in February 2016. Its expansion, Naruto Shippūden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 Road to Boruto, followed in February 2017.
The Naruto Shippūden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Legacy collection, bundling Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm Trilogy and Naruto Shippūden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 Road to Boruto, landed on PS4, Xbox One, and PC in the West in August 2017. Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm Trilogy, encompassing the first three games in the series, arrived on PS4 in Japan in July 2017. The trilogy later launched digitally outside Japan for PS4, Xbox One, and PC via Steam in August 2017, followed by a Switch release in April 2018.
