The second promotional video for the television anime adaptation of Rasuko Ōkuma’s manga “Hoshikuzu Telepath” (Stardust Telepath) was unveiled on the official website last Sunday. This trailer offers a glimpse of the series’ opening theme, “Ten to Sen” (Points and Lines), sung by Miku Itō.
At the heart of the narrative is Umika, a timid girl grappling with a fear of social interaction and the challenges of forging friendships.
Fate takes a turn when Yū, a new transfer student, enters the scene. Unbeknownst to many, Yū identifies as an alien with an uncanny ability to discern others’ emotions through a simple forehead-to-forehead touch.

Stepping into the role of character design and chief animation director is Takahiro Sakai, renowned for contributions to Yuki Yuna Is a Hero.
The closing theme, “Tentaizu” (Celestial Map), is performed by SoundOrion.
The manga, originally introduced as a 4-panel comic in Houbunsha’s Manga Time Kirara magazine in May 2019, embarked on its serialized journey in July of the same year. Readers can delve into the manga’s third compiled volume, released by Houbunsha in October 2022.
