The television anime adaptation of Kengo Hanazawa’s “Under Ninja” manga has unveiled a compelling main promotional video, accompanied by a fresh visual. Excitingly, a new cast member, Kōichi Sōma, joins the production, enriching the ensemble as Ozu. The highly-anticipated series is set to debut on October 5th.

The anime’s opening theme, titled “Hyper,” will be delivered by the talented Kroi, infusing the show with an energetic and captivating vibe. Furthermore, the website has unveiled additional members of the music staff, a roster that includes Yūsuke Seo, Sadahiro Nakano, MK, and Ryu.

Denpa, the manga publisher, introduces the English release of the manga. The premise unfolds around a high school recluse thrust into an extraordinary part-time role as a contemporary ninja, assigned to execute global assassinations. Post-World War II, an agency emerged under Allied Command in Japan, dedicated to curbing terrorism in the Pacific region.
Initially, the agency’s ninja personnel managed local matters. Gradually, this initiative expanded to its present state, overseeing 20,000 ninja, handling diverse domestic and international issues. Among these operatives is Kurō. Formerly a seventeen-year-old outcast, he now stands as Tokyo’s frontline defense against potential foreign assassin incursions.
