One-Punch Man Multiplayer Game Closed Beta Coming to U.S. and Canada

On Tuesday, Crunchyroll Games unveiled the commencement of mobile pre-registration for “One-Punch Man: World,” an exhilarating online multiplayer action game rooted in ONE and Yūsuke Murata’s iconic “One-Punch Man” manga. Alongside this exciting news, Crunchyroll Games also revealed plans for a closed beta test in the U.S. and Canada, available for Windows PC and Android, scheduled to kick off on October 18.

Furthermore, the company treated fans to a tantalizing gameplay trailer, showcasing the dynamic combos and ultimate abilities of beloved hero characters, including Genos, Golden Ball, and Atomic Samurai.

For those eager to dive into the action, pre-registration for the game is now accessible via the game’s website for Windows PC, as well as on the App Store and Google Play store for mobile devices in select regions, spanning the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Latin America, and Nordic countries.

A limited window for registration into the game’s closed beta test is open from Tuesday through October 10, closing at 11:59 p.m. PDT (or 2:59 a.m. EDT on October 11). Successful participants in the beta test will be notified via email, with the closed beta test set to commence on October 18 at 7:00 a.m. PDT (10:00 a.m. EDT).

Looking ahead to 2023, the game’s official launch is slated for Windows PC, iOS, and Android, complete with cross-platform play and progression. Notably, the game will adopt a free-to-play model, with optional in-app purchases enhancing the gameplay experience.
