“Ranking of Kings” Debuts Tamil Dub Premiere on Crunchyroll India

(Last Updated On: September 8, 2023)

Crunchyroll, known for its unwavering commitment to catering to the diverse tastes of its vast Indian audience, has yet again proven its dedication with the announcement of the Tamil dub premiere of “Ranking of Kings Season 1.” This series is joining the growing list of Tamil-dubbed anime available on Crunchyroll India, highlighting the platform’s localization strategy.

“Ranking of Kings” is not just another addition to their repertoire. It brings forth an enchanting narrative focused on a distinctive ranking mechanism that assesses nations by their prosperity, might, and the courage of their rulers. At the heart of the story is Bojji, the first prince of the domain ruled by King Bossu, ranked seventh. Despite being born deaf and viewed as weak, Bojji’s life takes a turning point upon meeting his first pal, Kage.

The Tamil dub has roped in a roster of talented voice actors:

  • Bojji: Lakshmi P
  • Kage: Prabhu M
  • Daida: Aakash K
  • Hiling: Sasirekha G
  • Domas: Ganesh Perumal
  • Bebin: Subhash C

This isn’t the first time Crunchyroll India has sourced such remarkable talent, as can be seen in their extensive list of Tamil-dubbed anime.

These new dubs are the latest additions to Crunchyroll’s expanding repertoire of Tamil and Hindi localized content. Earlier releases include fan-favorites like “Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Mugen Train Arc,” “MASHLE: MAGIC AND MUSCLES,” “JUJUTSU KAISEN,” and “Horimiya: The Missing Pieces.”

Crunchyroll India currently has over 35+ anime in hindi dubbed. The hindi dub library on Crunchyroll is increasing day by day. Crunchyroll had also announced plans for Tamil and Telugu dub for Indian audience.

Anime enthusiasts in India and beyond can now enjoy a richer, more culturally resonant viewing experience with this growing list of local language dubs. Crunchyroll’s commitment to broadening the global anime community is evident in these endeavors, bridging the gap between cultures and bringing stories closer to home.
