Kadokawa has unveiled the inaugural complete promotional video for Akira Amano’s manga “Ron Kamonohashi: Deranged Detective” (Kamonohashi Ron no Kindan Suiri). Released on Sunday, the video not only reveals a sneak peek of the ending theme song, titled “Lipsync,” performed by the rock group hockrockb, but also introduces additional staff members. Marking its debut on October 2, the anime holds much anticipation.

Crafted by the band’s vocalist Ageha Horii, the song’s lyrics and composition bear his signature, while the band collectively arranges the melody.

Set to be a part of the band’s forthcoming album scheduled for release on October 25, “Lipsync” takes center stage as a melodic highlight.

Steering the character designs’ adaptation is Masakazu Ishikawa, known for Squid Girl and The Saint’s Magic Power is Omnipotent. Composing the music at Kadokawa is Yo Tsuji, recognized for the work on Miss Hokusai. Elevating the opening theme “Ikenai fool logic” is Unison Square Garden’s musical prowess.

Amano’s manga journey commenced on Shueisha’s Shonen Jump+ platform in October 2020, where it flourishes. Progressing steadily, the 11th volume found its release on July 4, courtesy of Shueisha’s publishing efforts.
