The tale’s adaptation birthed an anime, debuting on Tokyo MX, BS11, Sun TV, and ABEMA in January 2022. Simulcast by Funimation and Crunchyroll, both platforms streamed the anime alongside its Japanese airing, extending to an English dubbed version.

Notably, this light novel series achieved the dual distinction of topping both overall and new work rankings in the same year within the Kono Light Novel ga Sugoi book.
