The plot, which Seven Seas has licensed for both the light novel and the manga, is a unique blend of suspense and comedy. It revolves around Sakamori Kagami, a top-notch player of the VRMMO Ark Earth Online. Kagami, known as Danblf in the virtual realm, is an exceptional summoner. But when he dozes off one day while playing, he finds himself in an alternate reality where he’s not the all-powerful Danblf but a young girl. Choosing the name “Mira”, he poses as Danblf’s disciple, hoping that his secret remains concealed. Will he manage to maintain this pretense? Only time will tell!

The anime comes to life under the masterful direction of Keitaro Motonaga, known for his work on “Jormungand” and “Date A Live”. Takamitsu Kouno oversaw the series scripts, with Kumi Horii lending her touch to character design. Go Sakabe weaved the musical magic, and Yasunori Ebina enhanced it all as the sound director.

Scott MacDonald and Tsukasa Ohira beautified the art, while Miyu Yamamoto added the color. Tsubasa Yokoyama took charge of photography, Yoshiaki Kimura edited the episodes, and Yuichi Goto directed the 3D scenes.

The series is energized by Asaka’s opening theme song, “Ready Set Go!!”, and it concludes with Erabareshi’s ending theme song, “Ambitious.”

This thrilling anime journey started when Ryusen began serializing the story on the “Shōsetsuka ni Narō” website back in April 2012. Micro Magazine recognized the gem and began publishing it in print, with enchanting illustrations by Fuzichoco, in June 2014. The narrative was then extended to a manga adaptation on Micro Magazine’s Comic Ride website in July 2016, brought to life by Dicca Suemitsu.

Intriguing, gripping, and delightfully amusing, “She Professed Herself Pupil of the Wise Man” is an anime series worth checking out. Buckle up and join us on this incredible journey, only on Muse India’s YouTube channel!
