The English release of the manga is handled by Viz Media, and here’s a brief description of the story: Shirayuki, renowned for her vibrant crimson hair, finds herself caught in the possessive desires of the prince of Tanbarun.

Refusing to be treated as his possession, she seeks refuge in the neighboring kingdom’s enchanting woods. It is there that she unexpectedly forms an alliance with the prince of that realm, marking the beginning of an extraordinary love tale between an infatuated prince and an extraordinary herbalist.
Akiduki initially launched this manga in Hakusensha’s LaLaDX magazine back in 2006, eventually transitioning to LaLa in 2011. The 25th compiled volume of the series was published by Hakusensha on May 2, with the 26th volume set to release on July 5.
This enchanting manga has also served as the inspiration for two seasons of a television anime series, as well as an original anime DVD included with the manga’s fifth volume. FUNimation Entertainment offered streaming services for the anime from 2015 to 2016, providing subtitles and an English dub. Additionally, the company released the series on Blu-ray Disc and DVD formats.
