Adult Swim has unveiled an English-dubbed trailer for FLCL: Shoegaze, set to stream on Thursday. The premiere is scheduled for September 30 at 12:00 a.m. EDT (effectively, October 1), with subsequent episodes available on Max the following day.
Directed by Yutaka Uemura, known for FLCL Alternative, FLCL: Shoegaze is a sequel set a decade after FLCL Alternative. It revolves around a high school boy and girl’s adventures.

Maki Terashima-Furuta of Production I.G. USA confirmed on Twitter that Toonami will broadcast the third and final episode of FLCL: Grunge on Saturday.
FLCL: Grunge, directed by Hitoshi Takekiyo at MontBlanc Pictures, explores the lives of three teenagers who have graduated and entered the world of work. The series delves into the essence of adulthood.
FLCL: Grunge and FLCL: Shoegaze are the latest installments in the FLCL franchise, with The Pillows providing the music for both. Jason DeMarco, Toonami’s creative director and WarnerMedia’s senior vice president of action and anime, serves as the executive producer, while Production I.G.
