The Rising of the Shield Hero Season 3 Debuts Globally with Premieres in 5 Countries

The production team of The Rising of the Shield Hero Season 3 TV anime revealed their plans for an exciting world premiere tour encompassing five countries: the United States, France, Germany, Canada, and Japan.

Commencing with the highly anticipated debut at Anime Expo in Los Angeles on July 3, the series will also grace the screens of Paris, France, and Austin, Texas in July. The tour will then venture to Mannheim, Germany, and Toronto, Canada in August, culminating with a grand finale in Tokyo, Japan in October.

Rising of the Shield Hero

Hitoshi Haga, known for storyboarding five episodes and directing four episodes in the first season of the anime, takes the helm as the director for the third season. He succeeds Takao Abo, the first season’s director, and Masato Jinbo, who directed the second season. Keigo Koyanagi remains in charge of writing and supervising the scripts, while Kevin Penkin returns to compose the music. Kinema Citrus is also back for animation production.

The second season of The Rising of the Shield Hero anime series, titled The Rising of the Shield Hero 2, debuted on April 6, 2022, on the AT-X channel after experiencing a delay from its initial October 2021 release date. Alongside its Japanese broadcast, Crunchyroll also streams the anime for international viewers.

One Peace Books plans to publish the original novel series alongside Aiya Kyu’s manga adaptation in English. The publisher presents the initial volume of the novels as follows, promising an engaging reading experience:
