Fire Force (En’en no Shōbōtai) is an awesome anime with a lot of fire explosions in it. The series has become a recent hit among shonen fans. The Fire Force (En’en no Shōbōtai) is adapted from the manga of the same name by Atsushi Ōkubo. After releasing in summer 2019, and 2nd season 2020 this anime series has been a hit. 15. D.Gray-man

D.Gray-man is an anime similar to Fire Force. D.Gray-man’s main story is set in an alternate 19th-century world, about a young Allen Walker, who joins an organization of exorcists called the Black Order. Who uses an ancient substance, Innocence, to combat a man known as the Earl of the Millennium and Akuma’s demonic army trying to destroy humanity. Does it ring any bell? The organization sounds like the Special fire force and killing monsters to save the world it’s like killing infernals.
14. InuYasha

The manga in this series dates back to 1996 and has been published for quite some time. In other words, there are many adventures. This is another “Monster Hunter” anime set in Japan in the 1500s. Kagome Higurashi, a modern high school student, falls into a fascinating well and meets in the past. There are some soft different world elements in this story, and Kagome is the light of hope in old Japan possessed by the war-torn demons. She, Inuyasha, and other heroes form a band to fight the malicious abyss, which requires everything they have to defeat him.
13. Tokyo Ghoul

Fighting ghouls on the streets and protecting innocent people from them is like Shinra from Fire Force and his Company 8. Fights hell, but completely rated R. There are also moral conflicts as there are relatively innocent ghouls being hunted with their more vicious relatives. This is a youth series for fire brigade fans who want to see something a little more intense. In this harsh world, carnivorous ghouls attack the night, prey on unhappy humans, and have the magical power known as Kagune (in the form of fantasy-style appendages). The main character is Ken Kaneki of Half Ghoul.
12. My Hero Academia

The Protagonists are both kind and fight for what they believe to be right. My Hero Academia follows Izuku Midoriya, also known as Deku, on a journey to become the number one hero. The road is not easy, as Deku has to overcome the rogue federation. The anime has a total of 4 seasons and Season 5 of My Hero Academia will start on March 27, 2021. My Hero Academia, released in the spring 2016 season, is a boy superpower anime. Anime shares similarities with Fire Force because both anime have a world in which characters have power. Izuku Midoriya, the main character of My Hero Academia, has similarities to Shinra Kusakabe of Fire Force. Both characters want to be heroes and are saving the people of their world.
11. Goblin Slayer

Goblin Slayer is another anime that share a similar monster-killing plot segment with Fire Force. As the title suggests, the main character is a hard-mouthed knight who passes through the Goblin Slayer, and the only enemy he fights against is the Goblin. But he doesn’t have to be alone anymore, as he is a shrine maiden, a shooter, and soon joins him to form the right party. This action-packed anime has only one season as of now with 12 episodes. Season 2 of Goblin Slayer will air sometime in 2021.
10. Seraph Of The End: Vampire Reign

Like the infernal’s idea of the Fire Force, there are also vampire threats in the world. Seraph of the end: Seraph of the end: The reign of vampires follows Yuuichirou Hyakuya, a boy at the Hyakuya Orphanage. He vows to take revenge on the vampire for killing his family. Seraph of the end: The reign of Vampires has one season which aired with 12 episodes. Seraph of the end released during the spring 2015 season: Vampire Reign is a boy-vampire anime. Anime shares similarities with Fire Force, as both anime, take place in a world of new causes of death. Seraph of the end: During the Vampire reign, an unknown virus was released that killed people over the age of 13.
9. Demon Slayer

Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba follows Tanjiro’s journey while searching for a cure for his sister Nezuko. In the process, our Protagonist Tanjiro learns many lessons about the world he lives in, and he learns that he didn’t even know about himself. 26 episodes of Demon Slayer were broadcast in one season. Kimetsu no Yaiba, released in the spring 2019 season, the sequel to season Demons Slayer Movie released in 2020, and season 2 will air sometime in 2021. Both share a dark theme, so the anime shares similarities with Fire Force. In Fire Force, it is the Infernal that causes death, and in Demon Slayer, bloodthirsty demons roam the land. Tanjiro and Shinra both want to save the people of their world.
8. Attack On Titan

Attack on Titan is another anime very similar to Fire Force. It is set in a world where humans live in a huge walled city that protects them from the giant humanoid humanoids that eat the Titans. The story continues with Eren Yeager, who vows to eradicate Titan after Titan brought about the destruction of his hometown and the death of his mother. Both shows follow organizations that protect public safety from unknown threats (Scouts and Titans + Fire Force and Infernals, respectively). Both protagonists also have the tragic inside story of family loss to this unknown threat and motivate them to join these organizations at the forefront of fighting the problem in essence.
7. Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood

Fullmetal Alchemist is another anime which you can watch after Fire Force. Edward and Shinra are both at odds with each other regarding their brothers. Edward lost part of his brother Alphonse due to forbidden alchemy. At Fire Force, Shinra thinks her brother died in Infernals. Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood was air ed withh 64 episodes in one season. FULLMETAL ALCHEMIST: Brotherhood, released in the spring 2009 season, is a boy magic anime. Anime shares similarities with firepower, as both protagonists have power. In the Fire Force, Shinra Kusakabe can control the fire with his feet, and in the Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood, Edward Elric uses alchemy as his power.
6. Blue Exorcist

The anime shares similarities with the Fire Force because both protagonists share similar characteristics. Shinra Kusakabe of the Fire Force and Rin Okumura of the Blue Exorcist feel that both have something to prove and to know. They are both in conflict with their family member and they want to protect people. Blue Exorcist is a boy supernatural anime released in the spring 2011 season. Both series are full of action fighting scenes. Blue Exorcist chases Rin and his rush with the demons. Rin wants to live the way he wants and trains himself to fight his younger brother. Blue Exorcist aired with a total of 25 episodes and has two seasons, speculation points toward a season 3 sometime in 2021.
5. Jujutsu Kaisen

Jujutsu Kaisen is a pretty new entry to the list for anime similar to Fire Force. Yuji wants to save people so that they can have a proper death in a world full of cursed spirits and sorcerors. Shinra wants to save people like a hero where humans become zombie-like creatures after spontaneous combustion. Both the anime follows a pretty dark theme, with deaths at every point in the story. Jujutsu Kaisen anime has only one season with 24, the series started airing in October 2020.
4. BLEACH

Bleach is a classic anime with a monster-hunting theme. The anime is set in a world where a spirit roams around after a person dies and a few turns into cursed ones named Hollow, Ichigo and his allies at Soul Society destroys them so that they can achieve peace. The same happens with Shinra and Special Fire Force that deals with the infernal. The classifications of Special Fire Force is pretty similar to Gotei 13 of Bleach anime. If you haven’t watched it already, give it a try after finishing the Fire Force.
3. Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress

A large group of survivors seeks refuge while traveling on a train after their station was attacked by aggressive undead creatures named Kabane. While the world is in the midst of an industrial revolution, a monster appears that cannot be defeated unless its heart is pierced, which is protected by a layer of iron. The kabane are just like infernals from Fire Force, the world of KOTF is far most similar to Fire Force than any other anime on the list. The theme of the anime is very dark.
2. Soul Eater

Soul Eater anime is adapted from the manga of Atsushi Ōkubo as well. So literally the creator of Fire Force and Soul Eater is the same so they are bound to have striking similarities in them. Elements from Soul Eater can be seen in Fire Force such as character design and Shinra Kusakabe’s iconic smile in Fire Force. The Soul Eater anime also has a supernatural element to it. While Shinra fights with infernals, in Soul Eater Evans must fight Shinigami. Both anime are packed with full action-shonen sauce. Soul Eater aired only for one season with 51 episodes.
1. Fairy Tail

According to my, by far the most similar anime to Fire Force is Fairy Tail. Fairy Tail follows the story of Lucy and her adventures into a magical world with her friends. The anime has awesome fights and action scenes like Fire Force. Fire force companies are like guilds in fairy tail, the Captains are similar to the Guild masters. Both groups go on an adventure. Our protagonist Shina Kusakabe and Natsu Dragneel are very similar in terms of their character and frenemies like Arthur and Grey respectively.
Fire explosions in Fire Force always remind me of fairy tail, I don’t know but always gives a Fairy Tail vibe to me. If you liked Fire Force then you must check out Fairy Tail.
