Touken Ranbu, a captivating “sword personification training game,” brings renowned swords from Japanese history to life as bishōnen characters, skillfully crafted by Nitroplus. The game initially debuted in Japan back in January 2015.

This remarkable franchise has not only inspired the Katsugeki: Touken Ranbu television anime series and an upcoming anime film but has also birthed the Touken Ranbu: Hanamaru spinoff, consisting of two anime series, a trilogy of anime films, and a compilation anime film.
Additionally, the franchise has served as a catalyst for two live-action films, a succession of stage musicals and plays, as well as a diverse range of captivating manga adaptations.
