Transformers: Earthspark – A Thrilling Expedition Game Coming Fall 2023

On Thursday, Outright Games revealed their upcoming title, Transformers: Earthspark – Expedition, a game adapted from the popular animated series. Set to release in North and South America during the fall of 2023, this thrilling adventure will be available on Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, and PC platforms. To give fans a taste of what’s to come, the company streamed an exciting reveal trailer for the game.

TRANSFORMERS: EARTHSPARK – Odyssey thrusts players into the driver’s seat of the legendary hero Bumblebee, as he embarks on a thrilling journey filled with heart-pounding races, daring maneuvers, and epic battles within an intriguing yet nostalgic realm.

This immersive game seeks to authentically capture the atmosphere and essence of the groundbreaking animated series, as Bumblebee undertakes a personal quest to confront a cryptic menace from his past and thwart the nefarious plans of the notorious antagonist Dr. Meridian, also known as “Mandroid,” who seeks to obtain ancient fragments of a mysterious technology.

The game introduces the Terrans, a fresh addition to the franchise, representing the first Transformers born on Earth. Alongside these original characters from the animated series, players embark on quests as Bumblebee, exploring three distinct biomes to unveil upgrades and gain new abilities. Iconic characters like Optimus Prime, Grimlock, Skullcruncher, Nova Storm, and Skywarp also make appearances.

The Transformers: Earthspark animated series made its debut exclusively on Paramount+ in the United States on November 11, and internationally on Paramount+ as well as select Nickelodeon channels. The series encompasses 26 thrilling episodes.

This captivating animated series chronicles the journey of a new breed of Transformers as they strive to discover their purpose and rightful place among the Autobots, Decepticons, and their human adoptive family.

Ant Ward (Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles) and Nicole Dubuc (Transformers: Rescue Bots) serve as the show’s executive producers, while Dale Malinowski (Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles) joins as the co-executive producer and developer. Overseeing the production are Conrad Montgomery from Nickelodeon and Mikiel Houser from Entertainment One. Kari Rosenberg takes charge of production as the executive from eOne. Hasbro is acknowledged as a valuable production partner.
