The 2nd PV of the 2nd season “Tsurune -Tsunagari no Ikki-” of the TV anime “Tsurune -Kazemai High School Kyudo Club-” with the theme of archery has been released on YouTube. The main character, Minato Narumiya, was bewildered by the sense of incongruity, and the scene where you can feel the determination of Shuu Fujiwara was drawn.
Tsurune is based on a light novel written by Kotoko Ayano and illustrated by Chinatsu Morimoto. It won the Special Jury Prize in the 7th Kyoto Animation Awards novel category. A coming-of-age story about Minato, who ran away from kyudo due to an incident in junior high school, and aims to win the prefectural tournament with new friends he met in high school.

The first season of TV animation was broadcast on NHK General from October 2018 to January 2019. Theatrical version “Theatrical version Tsurune -Hajimari no Ikki-” (directed by Takuya Yamamura) was released in August. Following the first season, the second season will be directed by Takuya Yamamura and produced by Kyoto Animation. It will be broadcast on TOKYO MX, ABC TV and others from midnight on January 4, 2023.
