

Uzumaki is Junji Ito’s one of the best manga of all time. After years of Uzumaki was going to get an anime adaptation in 2022. But on the official Twitter account of Uzumaki anime, they announce that the anime has been delayed by a year. it was supposed to release in October 2020 but the creators want one more year to prepare the show.

Furthermore, the reason why they are delaying is the quality of the work. As we know, manga art is top-notch and the anime creators try to keep the quality high as possible. they state that “in order to replicate the quality of the intricate designs and detailed line work.”
If you look at the repeat behavior of delays then there is still no confirmation that the anime will air in 2023. But if you are in-patient to watch the Uzumaki Anime then you can watch its 4 episode mini collection. It’s was first premiered in 2020 on Toonami channel.
The 1998-1999 manga follows the inhabitants of a town where strange occurrences related to a spiral shape began occurring one after another. Viz Media originally released the manga in three collected volumes from 2007-2008, and later released an omnibus edition.
