Kazumasa Takahashi (60) = Tokyo = was found to be the man who was found lying prone on the 6th off the coast of Awa, Nago City, and was later confirmed dead. Mr. Takahashi is known as Kazuki Takahashi, the author of the popular manga “Yu-Gi-Oh!”.
