The official Twitter account for EDENS ZERO anime delivered some sad news as episode director Yuji Suzuki (also known as Yuji Suzuki professionally) died in September. The message posted on the official anime website expresses the sadness of everyone involved in the production that lost their beloved colleague known for marking in the series. When Mr. Suzuki died suddenly on September 9, the message that he was in a hospital in the metropolitan area continues.

In addition to EDENS ZERO as a director, Suzuki was also known for his talent as a major animator and storyboard for countless series and movies such as Fairy Tail, Star Driver, and Space Brothers. He will be missed his colleague’s, friends, family and whole anime industry.
Edens Zero is a Japanese science fantasy manga series written and drawn by Hiro Mashima. It has been serialized in Kodansha’s Weekly Shonen Magazine since June 2018, and as of September 2021, it has been compiled into 17 volumes. Kodansha USA has licensed the English version of the series, which will be digitally published in six other languages when it is released in Japan. Publications in North America on Crunchyroll, ComiXology, and Amazon Kindle. The adaptation of the anime TV series produced by J.C. staff was aired from April to October 2021.
