Bandai Namco Entertainment recently unveiled an exciting trailer for JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: All-Star Battle R, an enhanced edition of the popular fighting game. In this thrilling announcement, fans were delighted to learn that Yuya Fungami, a character from the fourth part of the series, Diamond is Unbreakable, is set to join the game as the second DLC character of Season Pass 2, with the release date looming on the horizon.

Season Pass 2 boasts a trio of characters. Leone Abbacchio from Golden Wind made his debut on September 1, while a character from JoJolion is slated to launch in the late winter season.

The game’s first season pass comprised four characters. Risotto Nero from JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Golden Wind made his grand entrance in October, followed by Rudol Von Stroheim from JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Battle Tendency on February 3.
Keicho Nijimura from JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Diamond Is Unbreakable joined the roster on March 24, with the fourth character, Alternate World Diego Brando from Steel Ball Run, launching on June 16.
Additionally, the game generously included Weather Forecast and Father Pucchi (Final) from JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Stone Ocean as free DLC characters last December.
This action-packed game, which became available in September 2022 for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam, offers players various editions to choose from, including the Standard Edition, Digital Deluxe Edition, and Collector’s Bundle.

The Digital Deluxe Edition boasts an Animation Special Event Color Set, the Season Pass, two exclusive costumes, and two days of early access to all Season Pass characters. Meanwhile, the Collector’s Bundle is a treat for fans, featuring a 10-inch Jolyne Cujoh statue and an Animation Special Event Color Set.
Furthermore, the game expands its roster of playable characters, increasing it from 41 to an impressive 50. It introduces a revamped game system, complete with a tag-team “Support Attack” feature.

The game also updates the voice cast to align with the various anime adaptations that have been released since the original game’s launch, spanning all eight arcs of Hirohiko Araki’s original manga, even including characters from arcs yet to be adapted into anime. Notably, the game also pays homage to Ikuro Hashizawa from Araki’s BAOH manga.
